Every year one in four people experience a mental health problem, no one should feel isolated, bullied or stigmatised by this, here at ga safety solutions we want to raise awareness and help you recognise someone with a mental health issue.
Mental health problems have no boundaries and no age limits or restrictions, it is therefore important that we can learn to identify mental health conditions, provide advice and start a non-judgemental conversation. We understand first aid for mental health is a very emotive subject and so our trainers ensure all our courses are delivered with respect, pride and dignity.
